Overview

The goal of the San Jacinto College Facilities & Construction Department is to provide the ultimate teaching/learning environment to satisfy the needs of students, faculty, staff, administration and local constituents. The Department strives to deliver such environments in the most efficient, cost effective method possible. The Department has two major areas of concern:

• Maintenance – Facilities maintenance and operations services providing safe, comfortable and clean learning environments for students, faculty and staff.
• Construction & Project Management – Facilities renovation, construction and project management services assuring safe, functional and efficient learning facilities for students, faculty and staff.
• Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment – Comprehensive management of standards, styles and manufacturers of facility furniture, fixtures and equipment used in renovations, remodels and new constructions.
