Design Team
Instructional Designers and Multimedia Specialist make up the Design Team; they frequently collaborate with faculty and staff, creating instructional content, and multimedia, such as videos. Instructional Designers work with faculty to build active, collaborative, and authentic courses and explore new learning technologies. Multimedia Specialists provide skilled expertise in multimedia development, producing videos, audio files, graphics, and other multimedia for faculty and staff.

Training Team
The Training Team provided training for faculty and staff. Trainers design instruction that's customized for the San Jac community, and supports both existing and new technologies. Training classes provide and active, authentic learning environment that makes it easy for faculty and staff to collaborate and learn, and share new skills in the classroom. These classes are offered in a variety of topics, including cutting edge technology like social media and digital storytelling, as well as core software like Blackboard, Microsoft Office, and Banner. The training calendar is accessible to all employees through the Avatar Professional Development System.

Blackboard Support Team
The EdTech Blackboard Support team focuses on providing answers to all your Blackboard needs. Team members are there to help the faculty, staff and students with technical issues. The Support team also explores new technologies and software that can be integrated into Blackboard, improving the Blackboard experience for faculty, staff and students.
