Please note that all service or technical support requests require the creation of a service ticket. The service ticket acts as an order for service and a record of the work performed to fulfill the request. Support requests made directly to ITS staff will be created as a service ticket, placed in queue and responded to once other prioritized work is completed. San Jac’s Techsupport on line is now available at techsupport.sanjac.edu. You can now enter your service requests online instead of calling 6137 ! You will also be able to quickly search for answers to your questions including account login information and Blackboard.
