Compensation
The College’s compensation program provides salaries and benefits that are competitive with similar community colleges and the external labor market statewide in order to attract, retain and motivate a diverse, talented and effective staff. The compensation program is also designed to reward teaching excellence and recognize years of experience and service to the College.
For faculty, the College is committed to a salary structure that is in the top 25% of public two-year colleges in Texas. Salaries for administrative and classified staff are set at or above state averages for comparable positions.
