Dr. Williamson is a respected leader, instructor, and administrator with success in budget management, grant development, strategic planning, accreditation, curriculum and program development, and community outreach. She holds a doctorate in English Literature and is a veteran of the U.S. Army.

With over 20 years of higher education leadership experience, Mrs. Crawford heads up government relations, marketing communications, public information, and the College Foundation. Mrs. Crawford has an MBA from Liberty University.

Dr. Allatia Harris

Vice Chancellor, Strategic Initiatives
Dr. Harris works with business and industry leaders to align the College’s workforce programs with industry needs of the greater Houston region. She also serves with local organizations that increase opportunities for San Jac students. Dr. Harris holds a doctorate in educational administration from the University of Texas.

Provost
Dr. Knight is a recipient of the National Institute for Staff and Organizational Development Excellence Award for teaching and has a demonstrated commitment to building pathways to advance students’ success. Dr. Knight holds a Ph.D. in Political Science from Texas A&M University at College Station.

Provost
Prior to being named as Provost, Dr. Okwonna served as the Dean of Natural Science and Health Science. A transformational leader, Dr. Okwonna led curriculum and instruction strategy. Dr. Okwonna holds a doctorate in pharmacy from Texas Southern University.

Dr. Destry Dokes

Provost
Dr. Dokes has forged strong partnerships with the Lake Houston regional communities and is responsible for developing an entrepreneurship program, supporting the biomanufacturing program, and expanding dual credit opportunities with local ISD’s. He holds a doctorate degree in business administration from Walden University.

Vice Chancellor, Human Resources, Organizational and Talent Effectiveness
With more than 20 years of experience, Ramirez oversees all aspects of human resources, including organizational development, talent acquisition, employment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, performance management, and records management. Ramirez holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Houston - Clear Lake.

Chief Technology Innovations Officer
Through his leadership, Mr. Stanicic has improved the College’s digital presence and technology through the revitalization of the College’s contact center, online student services and information systems, classroom technology, and underlying technical infrastructure. He holds an MBA from Oxford University.

Mr. Van Wigginton

Mr. Van Wigginton

Provost
Mr. Wigginton has worked closely with local independent school districts in developing and expanding the College’s dual credit offerings. He also coordinated the GEAR Up Program with Pasadena ISD and is active in supporting numerous ISD partnership programs. Mr. Wigginton holds a doctorate in jurisprudence from the University of Houston.

Mrs. Teri Zamora

Vice Chancellor, Fiscal Affairs
Mrs. Zamora has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience in higher education. She oversees facilities services, contracts and purchasing, safety and risk management, budgets, accounting and financial services, and the police department. Mrs. Zamora holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Texas – Pan American.
