Student ID Cards
A San Jac student ID card is essential for all students. Not only does it act as a proof of identity, it is the key to accessing various campus facilities and services. Visit any campus Admissions Office to get yours.
Getting Your ID Card
To get your ID card at one of our Admission Offices, everyone is required to bring
a valid photo ID (state, federal, San Jac, or high school ID). Here are the other
requirements for getting your ID card.
New Students
You must be registered and paid for 24 hours before requesting an initial ID card.
Returning or Continuing Students
You must be registered and paid for 24 hours before requesting a new student ID card.
Lost and Replacement ID
Those who lose their card must pay $10 at the campus Business Office and bring a receipt
to Admissions for a new student ID card. You must be currently registered and paid.
San Jacinto College Employees
Your initial ID card is free.
San Jacinto College Employees with older ID
Your ID card will be replaced with an updated key card for free.
San Jacinto College Employees Lost or Replacement ID’s
If you lose your ID card, you must pay $10 at the campus Business Office and bring
your receipt to Admissions.
Contract Employees
You'll be issued a temporary ID card by your contracted department.
Continuing and Professional Development Students
You must be registered and paid for 24 hours before requesting an initial ID card.
