You’re welcome to walk into any of our offices, but we can get busy, especially if you come between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. Instead, make an appointment and get right in! Or make it a virtual appointment and get help from home. Just remember to bring a photo ID with you (state, federal, San Jac, or high school).
The Contact Center can answer many of your questions and is a great resource. Call

Live help is available through Ask Jac Monday–Thursday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Friday from 8 a.m. to noon. (The Veterans Office is available Fridays from 10 a.m. to noon.)
