Each job title is given a grade and a salary range based on its responsibilities. The minimum and maximum salaries in each range may be reviewed and changed to match competitive salaries in that field.
Once an employee’s grade is determined, any future pay raises are solely determined by the Board of Trustees. The only exception to this rule is if a faculty member furthers their education. In this case, they may move up to a higher pay range.
