If you're pursuing a degree or certificate in business entrepreneurship, you'll need
to complete a practicum as part of your training. The practicum combines classroom
learning with on-the-job training to help you develop your managerial skills. You'll
need to work at least 20 hours per week in an approved position. Before you start,
you, your employer, and San Jac will agree on a plan that outlines what you'll learn
and how you'll demonstrate your skills at work.
